Free road shows on the future of transport businesses
Members are being invited to take advantage of a series of free road shows being held around the country over the next few months. The road shows, which are being organised by RTANZ in conjunction with EROAD, AutoSense, and NZI, will discuss the future of the transport industry and how your business can turn industry challenges into a competitive advantage. Hosted by AutoSense ambassador, road safety advocate, and former professional racing driver, Greg Murphy, the road shows will share insights from companies that have positioned themselves to face the challenges of the future.
The session will focus on providing education and tips you can apply to your business on three main themes:
- Compliance as king
- Combating the driver shortage
- Using safety culture to your advantage
Greg Murphy says the seminars will help businesses learn how to become employers of choice. “You’ll hear about the changing landscape of the transport industry and why creating a safety culture is so important, how to combat the driver shortage in the industry, and making compliance king in your business. It’s an important seminar for any transport operator.”
RTANZ Chief Executive Dennis Robertson says transport is a challenging and ever-changing business. “We are putting together an exciting seminar to help you understand what the future may look like for you and we’ll show you a number of examples that operators have put in place to help them manage their business for the future. Come along, learn from them, so that you can be the provider of the future in the transport industry.”
Drinks and nibbles will be provided.
Attendance is free but spaces are limited, and members are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
